Files can be uploaded and attached to a specific incident.
Files that are attached to an incident are displayed in a list on the “Files” tab of the incident card.
To view a file:
- Click the “Files” tab
- Click next to the file you wish to view
- Select “Download“
- Save the file to your device
In the files list, click to view more options for the file such as edit, delete, archive and share..
Upload a File
Files can be uploaded and attached to an incident.
- Select the “Files” tab
- Click “Upload“
- Click the “Select File” field and select the preferred file to add
- Click “Upload File“
