Incident Files

Files can be uploaded and attached to a specific incident.

Viewing Files

Files that are attached to an incident are displayed in a list on the “Files” tab of the incident card.

To view a file:

  1. Click the “Files” tab
  2. Click next to the file you wish to view
  3. Select “Download
  4. Save the file to your device

In the files list, click to view more options for the file such as edit, delete, archive and share..

Upload a File

Files can be uploaded and attached to an incident.

  1. Select the “Files” tab
  2. Click “Upload
  3. Click the “Select File” field and select the preferred file to add
  4. Click “Upload File
